World Class Tennis Here in North York

Program Highlights

Progressive Tennis

Progressive tennis is a systematic progression of court sizes, balls and racquets to scale the game down to an appropriate level for 5-10 year olds. This system has been imported from France and Belgium and is now endorsed by Tennis Canada and the USTA. The new system allows players to play quickly and successfully. The progressive system is divided in three stages (1/2, 3/4 and full court transition).

OTA Tournaments

Make sure you check the OTA web site for NYTA tournaments; we are looking to host 10-12 tournaments this spring, summer and fall.

Fitness

For our high performance students we are adding physical fitness to our program. The first day of the program we will testing our students and developing a long term physical development program produced by Tennis Canada.

Walk On Courts

NYTA has pre booked walk-on courts available to high performance players during the week. These are on a first come, first served basis.

"Tyler, and the NYTA, helped me develop and taught me the most important fundamentals of the game. Tyler's hard work and dedication is unparalleled. I am very grateful to have had the chance to train at such a great academy."
